Jim Joyce,

President

Jim grew up in South Florida, graduated from high school and went on to serve four years in the U.S. Coast Guard with an Honorable Discharge. He also served in the merchant marines working on a 200-foot research vessel. Later he attended the Electrical Apprenticeship program at Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville, Florida. He’s now a Master Electrician with over thirty years experience as a professional electrical contractor.

In 1989, he founded Triton Electric Company located in Rivera Beach, Florida. Jim manages and oversees operations for the company involving estimating, designing, contract negotiations, project management, quality control, risk management, safety and human resources. As the leader, he maintains respectful, trustful working relationships with his staff that produces the highest quality work in a cost effective and timely manner.

A lifelong water sports enthusiast, Jim’s hobbies include boating, diving and fishing.

Pedro Januario,

Chief Estimator

Pedro is a Master Electrician with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has over thirty years experience in electrical contracting, both in estimating and project management. As an Estimator and Project Manager, he’s gained a wealth of knowledge in project costs, scheduling, installation, materials, supervision, design work, safety and most importantly—quality workmanship.

Pedro enjoys soccer, swimming and sports entertainment.

Joe Merendino,

Superintendent

Joe is an electrical Journeyman licensed in both Palm Beach and Orange counties. He’s worked as a Superintendent since 1993, overseeing various projects from the ground up, including schools, post offices, medical facilities, commercial shopping centers and networks for television and radio. His responsibilities include hiring and managing the electricians, scheduling, purchasing, installing complete electrical systems, troubleshooting and repairing.

Joe enjoys fishing, coaching baseball and collecting sports memorabilia.

Shirley Cicciaro,

Office Manager – Accounting

Shirley is our Office Manager – Accounting Administrator with over twenty five years experience in construction management and administration. Educated in Business Administration at Broward Community College, her background includes accounting, financial analysis, project coordination, permitting, risk management, construction law and human resources. Working with commercial and residential contractors since 1984, she’s gained a wealth of knowledge and the hands on experience to effectively set up, coordinate and support each and every project Triton Electric is working on.

Shirley enjoys cooking, reading and spending time with her family.
